Unlike many realtors, my professional experience includes a successful career in banking and service industry consulting prior to beginning my real estate career just over nine years ago. I am a licensed broker and also have an MBA, somewhat unusual in this profession. I specialize in residential, investment, and income properties.

I always strive to improve my skills and service delivery.  To this end, I have earned many professional accolades and designations through continuing education and production achievements: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES). 

As a listing agent in Los Angeles county, my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property. For investors, I work to maximize rates of return, asset building, and other typical investment goals, through the use of such vehicles as IRS 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.

On the personal side, I am a Stanford University graduate (1980), with an MBA from Pepperdine (1983). I am married to a retired U.S. Naval officer and we are parents to two beautiful little girls adopted from China - Carlie (11) and Jamie (8) and to my husband's sons, Trey and Gabe, both on active duty in the U.S. Navy.

I serve as a director on a number of professional boards, including the South Bay Association of Realtors® and the Greater South Bay Multiple Listing Service.  I also serve as a state director of the California Association of Realtors.  My outside interests include sports, cooking, and travelling!
